Gaelic Coffee

Ingredients

  • rish whiskey
  • double strength coffee
  • Sugar
  • Double Devon Cream

Preparation

  1. Warm some goblets and put 1 measure (1-1/2 fluid ounces) of whiskey in each glass.
  2. Add 1 level teaspoon sugar.
  3. Pour in 4. 1/2 ounces black coffee and stir to dissolve the sugar.
  4. Spoon in cream to taste.
  5. Allow to stand for about 1 minute
