Sweet & Sour Ginger

Makes 1 cup.
A tasty accompaniment to your meal.
Ingredients.
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped or sliced tender ginger.
- For the herbal sauce -
- 1
tablespoon powdered sugar.
- 2
teaspoons white vinegar.
- 1/2
teacup water.
- juice of 1 lemon.
- 2
pinches salt.
Preparation.
For the herbal sauce
- Mix the sugar, vinegar, water, lemon juice and salt.
- If required, adjust the sweetness by adding more
powdered sugar.
How to proceed
- Mix the ginger with the sauce.
- Serve as an accompaniment.
