Stewed cabbage with mixed vegetables soup
Preparation time :: 10 minutes.
Cooking time :: 15 minutes.
Serves :: 6.
Ingredients.
- 6 teacups clear vegetable stock.
- 1 1/2 teacups shredded cabbage.
- 1 1/2
teacup cooked corn.
- 1/2 teacup green beans (papadi beans).
- a pinches Ajinomoto powder (optional).
- salt to taste.
- For the topping - chopped spring onions.
Preparation.

Put the stock to boil. Add the cabbage and boil for 10 minutes.

Add the corn, green beans, Ajinomoto and salt and cook
for 2 minutes.
- Top with spring onions and serve hot.
