Clear vegetable stock

Preparation time :: 5 minutes.
Cooking time :: 20 minutes.
Makes 6 teacups.

This stock is used for soups and gravies.

Ingredients.

  • 1/2 teacups cabbage, roughly chopped.
  • 3 carrots, roughly chopped.
  • 5 to 6 celery stalks.
  • 2 tablespoons chopped spring onions with leaves.
  • 3 to 4 pieces cauliflower.

Preparation.

  1. Boil all the vegetable in 8 teacups of water on a medium flame for 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. Allow the vegetable to settle at the bottom of the vessel and pour out the vegetable stock.
  • Use as required.
