Crispy Rice

Preparation time :: 5 minutes.
Cooking time :: 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 teacups rice.

Preparation.

  1. Put plenty of water to boil. Add the rice and cook.
  2. When the rice is 95% cooked, drain out the water.
  3. Spread the rice on the large tray, cover with a piece of cloth and sun dry until crisp.
  • Store in an air tight bottle and use as required.

Note : This rice lasts for 3 to 4 months.
